Are you kiding me?? The people who are writing bad reviews about Dr. Havas? Myself and my whole family and friends have been going to Dr. Havas for over 23 years and we dont mind the wait and sittinging the waiting room for a long time. THEY ROCK My entire family has been going to Dr.havaas for years! It is busy,yes, but why do u think that is? Cheap prices but poor treatment? No. Any pet lover wants the best medical care for their companion. Crap happens, that's life, he is HUMAN and is not perfect. Opinion Changed for the Worse I just had my second encounter with the vet and my opinion has definitely changed. I took my dog there last year for her shots (since that's where my uncle had taken her). She obviously remembered being there from when she was hit by a car because she refused to go any further then the waiting room. Everyone there was nice and helped to coax her in the room. Give them a break I started taking my pets here due to a friend I work with, she had recommended Long Lake Animal Hospital. I have just read through the reviews and I have to say I just don't understand all these nasty comments, sure the office is older but who cares, what would you rather have a healthy pet or an elegant office? I LOVE WORKING HERE!!!! I disagrre with everyone who commented on bad stuff about this place. The employees are great, and the doctor we work very long and hard hours a day, what other vet is open on saturdays, what other vet does 30 surgeries a day, no one but dr., he strives everyday working and caring for pets, he loves making them get better, helping them everything, it might be a long wait and there might now be enough seats but so what it that fact that we are taking you in to take care of your pet, making sure that ev... read more
Horrible customer service I brought my cat in for check up , dental cleaning, and full exam. I have never brought my cat to this vet before. I have to say after this visit I will never bring my cat here again. The place is a dump, it smells like wet dogs. The floor was dirty and the 1960 decor may come back in style some day. I highly recommend Long Lake Animal Hospital We've been going to Long Lake Animal Hospital since it opened and I highly recommend Dr. Havas and all the Vet Techs and everyone else who makes this place so warm and friendly. At times we have had serious health problems with our dogs, and I always trust the Dr. will then send us to specialists.
First Impression I have to say at first I did not feel good coming here a staff member who apparently had no stress management skills was very rude and disrespectful to people. Upon my second visit they were short staffed and the one person running the desk was visibly stressed but was very nice and showed respect to everyone. Yes the wait is long but it's well worth it.
