WHO CARES about decor This place has the BEST prices in .. well the best I have ever heard of ... fancy sitting areas COST US the consumer... In these hard economic times, I would rather BE THANKFUL I can afford to take my animal to the vet ... then to worry about what the sitting area looks like ... Kudos to LONG LAKE ANIMAL HOSPITAL for caring .... I for one am willing to wait a little longer or sit in a not so updated sitting area... for GREAT loving and affordable care for my pets ...
Great staff - wonderful facility I have been to this facility many times. The staff is great and the facility is clean. It is an older building, which is probably why they provide such great service at such a reasonable price! You are not paying for any fancy granite floors or skylights! The staff is small there (once again it keeps the costs down) and so on surgery days there is no one there to answer the phone. This has NEVER been a problem for me. Dr. Havas and Staff - Best Vet Group in the World Dr. Havas is certainly in the right business. He treats your pets like his own children. The staff he has are so kind and understanding about what ever your pet's situation might be; just like at the Pediatricianâs office. If your pet is ill, they will do their best to have them seen on the same day. I've seen him stay there until 9 at night and he started at 8:30in the morning. Great Vet Dr. Havas is great doctor just because you could not get in does not make him a bad doctor. I went to him for 30 some years. I dont drive anymore and moved from Troy. So I have to go to another vet. I hope this one is as good as Dr H is. Every time I took my pets in my grandchildren wanted to go. They call it the fun room because of the waiting room full of all types of dogs & cats waiting for their turn. I have three sympathy cards one for each of my pets that pass away. Very thoughtful..
A Wonderful Experience!!!!!!! Hi we had to bring our new dog and kitten. Pacco and Kadey. We woke up an hour late. I called down there and the receptonist said that we could still come. We went down there it was small but nice. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality of care. It was a wonderful experience and we look forward to going back. It make animal care affordable for the working family. I took both my kitten and dog and it was only 40 for there vaccines out the door. It was great!! Thanks Michelle
To all those Nasty move out of my way type people It's a shame that people feel once they walk into a place everyone has to bow down to them. You can tell who these people are by their nasty comments. If you want to be waited on hand and foot then go to another vet that charges you for all those extras. Here at Dr. Havas vet, he charges you way less then half of what other vets do and is more caring to my pets then me, but hey, if I wanted more attention I would be going to a MD not a vet. lost cat thanks for your help with trying to find my cat. I have not found him yet. But everyone at your clinic was so nice to me and trying to help me find him this made me feel so good. The vet even took the time to talk to me, and said he would be back at night and look around.Thanks again.
Very happy I took my puppy in for shots, and neuter. Everyone arrived at the same time (about 20 other families), and we filled out paperwork. Then, a lady called us one at a time, checked our paperwork and then took our pet back. I left, and came back when they called me later that afternoon. I drive an hour each way to go to this office, so that really says something. Not only are the prices excellent, they do not tack on anything extra, and the staff is incredible. I could not believe some of this things i read on this review page.
