I have always liked this hospital but after my last encounter there I am questioning whether I should. my mom @1130am was dx with issue that requires surgical removal . We were told she would need to have surgery. 8pm still waiting for surgery... 8 hrs later we were told it's Sunday and critical emergent cases have caused delay...ok I understand but the plan of care and eta of needed intervention was not well communicated. then her iv infiltrated no site check was done prior to infusing iv tylenol or iv antibiotics....so how... read more

RecommendedJust wanting to bring to your attention how a Doctor (Dr. Nisha Pillai) under your payroll has been spreading misinformation & pseudoscience in the society & social media. This being what the Doctor actually thinks & believes, and considering that she is a Cardiologist, damages to the community aside, she is putting numerous American lives at Risk at the Long Island Jewish Medical Centre in New York.
