I had to wait over 4 hours in urgent care for pediatrics. That is just wrong and unhealthy. There were sick babies and children crying, coughing, sleeping on chairs ... never ever take your children to their urgent care !!!!
A huge shout out to the absolutely impeccable , professional and knowledgeable nursing staff. The PACU unit RN’s are the best I have ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with , thank you Maryellen RN, and Melissa RN, for making a bad situation bearable . Top level care and compassion , thank you again .
I don't have no complaints yet..Got my surgery done here and I loved every single doctor and nurse that delt with me...God bless them all...They treated me right...but...Let's see on my next surgery which requires me to stay in hospital...I've never been here until now...so we will see . ..
They delivered my son 9 years ago, this hospital is one of the best..I can’t believe how much Northwell has grown over the years.
