My son was born on October 19th 2017 and I filled out the birth certificate application there it is now December 7th and I have not received his birth certificate. I called Vital records today and they stated they were informed of his birth on November 29th, over a month after my son was born. My insurance company requires a birth certificate to add him. So now I have to wait 4 to 8 weeks from November 29th. This is absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible on their end.
I got endoscopy done and they were very very good !!!excellent treatment excellent excellent can’t say enough !!! Northwell all the way
