About 2 months ago my agent who is from another L&F office was not able to hold an open house for my apartment. I approached Ms. Carissa Ryan who I had recently talked with when picking our kids up at school and informed me she was an agent also with L&F but at the at Logan Circle office. Five Stars isn't nearly enough. Danny was amazingly supportive and wonderful through my entire homebuying process. As a first time purchaser I had a lot of questions and Danny was able to answer every one or point me in the direction of the appropriate person to ask. Mr. William Milewski at the Logan Circle office is the most helpful realtor I've known; he is friendly and resourceful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who's thinking of purchasing a home.
I cannot say enough great things about Danny Tippett! He was incredibly patient, showing me several properties multiple times (often on short notice), quick to respond to all of my questions, and drove me around DC because I don't own a car. He also has a great eye for design as he walked me through potential designs/setups for various properties to make better use of the space.
