We understand that this is an emergency room vet, however, we waited for 3 hours. Called when we got there and was told someone would come out to assess our sick dog. No one ever did. We called back 3 hours later and was told they had no record of us being there. The vet manager was extremely rude and we were told we would have to wait another 3 hours before she could be seen. Our poor fur baby never got seen. Awful people, awful service.
Staff is a bunch of bullies who conned my brother out of his dog, then went on Facebook and belittled his family and children. unethical.
RecommendedThe were great my first time there my dog was very sick turns out to be a tick disease Dr Chillag was amazing he figure out what was wrong and saved my babies life . He was also hospitalized the ER vet was amazing all of the staff was beyond friendly. I highly recommend them. Not expensive compared to my vet and cvets.
Wonderful doctors, techs, and staff. Also appreciate the curbside COVID-19 protocols set up in place.
My 13 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier caught a stomach bug, Dr Brown got him fixed up and feeling better. Technician Katie was great with my dog, informative, and professional. Rocky was seen quickly and thoroughly. Recommended.
They are the best! The doctors and staff are always so caring and compassionate. My sweet Rambo just crossed the rainbow 🌈 bridge Monday night and Dr Richard K helps you and your baby with the most difficult loss we truly love him! We have had 5 babies receive a whole lifetime of care from them and have 2 now we take there. Thank you all so much. Sincerely, Pam Hill
Long has cared for so many of my babies and it is where I send all of my friends. I live in Salisbury now and still travel there and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best prices, caring staff, knowledgeable drs. I’ve been to so many vets through the years and nobody compares.
Doing that best they can in unprecedented Covid times. They truly care about every patient.
Awesome, easy process for my Great Danes surgery and dental procedure! Dr. Heinen is by far the best vet I’ve ever come across!
