The employees here truly care and always do their best to make sure us and our animals can feel that. They were very helpful in an emergency today and worked quickly and thoroughly to get my dog Lilly feeling better soon.

Long animal hospital, is hands down the best animal care facility I’ve felt with. We’ve chose to use them on 3 times now, all 3 were unfortunately emergency visits 2 of them middle of the night visits. They are so patient and kind. They care about the animals and their family’s. You never feel like there taking advantage of you. I’m an over barring worrier about my dogs especially our dog that has seizures. So I always have questions after we visit, so I call. I encourage all pet parents to take this review into serious consideration, despite the length. On 10/4/18 I went to Long around midnight with two, 3 month old rescue puppies I'd had for two weeks. They were having body tremors, unable to hold their bowels and foaming at the mouth. Dr. Phillips examined the dogs in the back, and returned (without an introduction of himself) to tell me he was not seeing any reason to keep them for further testing or observation.
