The people at Long Animal Hospital were fabulous. The doctor called to tell me they couldn't do surgery at 11:30 pm because my sweet dog Delialah had cancer. He then called us the following day to check on us. Then when we got there everyone was so kind. The doctor who told us what was going on and showed us pictures was so caring. I absolutely love the folks at Long Animal Hospital. Dr. Brian Killough and Dr. Richard Killough are incredibly caring, thorough, kind and dedicated. I first met them when they were helping a friend's dog through kidney failure and I was so impressed with them that I recently brought my cat in for what they discovered to be pancreatitis. I really can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and I'm also so relieved to have found a 24-hour clinic for both regular appointments and emergencies. Thank you for all you do!
RecommendedWe took our 13 year old cat Jinxy to LAH when he was very sick. Jinxy was diagnosed with severe kidney disease. He spent 8 long days under their watchful eyes. When he was well enough to come home it made us very happy. Thanks to all the folks at Long Animal Hospital we were able to spend 3 more great months with our beloved Jinxy before he passed away. Our extra time with him meant more than you all can know. Thank you all so very much. The Schoenfelds!

Freckles got sick a few days after our arrival in Charlotte, and this was the closest clinic with late hours, so I crossed my fingers and brought her in... I was so pleased by how accommodating the staff was from the moment I got there until I left - even helping me to the car! Fantastic experience, start-to-finish. Thank you!
