RecommendedThis place is great, and they've been wonderful to me and my senior rescue that I adopted 4 years ago. They've also been handling these challenging times with stride. I am so thankful for Long Animal Hospital and the way they care for our animals. Both the staff and vets keep in close contact throughout visits to keep me informed of how my babies are doing while there. They provide great care and service and I trust them completely with my animals’ medical needs.
Took my beagle in for her annual check up with Dr. Whitman. A seamless process despite Covid protocols! All employees coming in and out of the center are masked. Dr. Whitman called with his report, ordered meds, and credit card information was taken- all in one call. Beagle delivered safely back to my car. I am thankful for each of you and your caring of our pets. This is how companies can react to and thrive Bravo!
Not wearing mask! We just picked up our cat from surgery. The individual that brought the cat to our car was unmasked and when I asked her about it she moved back an inch or two without putting on a mask. This is totally unacceptable and dangerous. This is the first time in 3 months that I have been exposed. Think twice about using them.
My Newfie, Uba Luba, had a grooming appointment with Dawn. We decided to do a real short trim for the summer and Uba Luba loves it. We call her our Newfiedoo now!

Dr. Yasin has been incredibly kind and compassionate. Our dog was referred to Long Animal Hospital for an ultrasound. Because of the care he gave my dog and our family when we were faced with the painful decision to euthanize, we chose them as opposed to our own vet. The staff was wonderful and took great care to make sure our dog was comfortable through the entire process. We are incredible thankful to Dr. Yasin and the staff for making this terrible time for our family a little easier.
Walk in appt and took us back in less than 5 minutes. Great service, very knowledgeable and extremely cost effective than any vet in Catawba County. Was actually sent here for a second opinion. They reviewed transferred records such as xrays, labs, etc and didn't redo those test but could gave easily done so for more charges. This is the second time we came here for different pets and highly recommend this facility.
We love Long Animal Animal Hospital! I used to bring my senior citizen pup, Kota, to Dr Deller and he loved her. She gave us many more years together than I expected, so I loved her for that. And in the end, she gave us a few more days together and made an unbearable time slightly more bearable with her loving manner. When I got a new golden puppy, there was only one Dr I thought to take Dash to, Dr Deller!
