Dr. Todd Brantley and his staff at Lone Star Vision are an awesome and caring group of professionals. Dr. Brantley prepared a letter in order that I receive a larger computer monitor at the office. He is a person of integrity and I highly recommend Dr. Brantley and Lone Star Vision.
Lone Star has been my primary vision office since I moved here from Louisiana. My contact prescription is fairly high, so having the correct lenses is very important to me and my quality of life. I had recently been having trouble with my current lenses tearing and the manufacturer was of little help at all. Dr. Lundeen has been genuine and helpful throughout this entire process, as well as Ashley and Erasmo.
Lone Star Vision was recommended to me by the Plano Special Needs Mom Facebook Group. We had Mary do our intake for my son, who has a TBI (traumatic brain injury). She was patient, and never got frustrated when we tried to get the optic nerve images. Dr. Diaz was very nice, and had great bedside manner. They were wonderful with my son, and we had a great experience with every staff member. Looking forward to being long-time patients here!
The staff were really friendly at Lone Star Vision in Plano. The office was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. When I went for an eye exam, they explained each part of the process and told me what to expect. The technology was state of the art and everyone I met was exceptional. If you're looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend Lone Star Vision in Plano. You will not be disappointed!
Loved it! Everyone was great with my 5 year old , and Dr. Lundeen was very thorough. Could not have been happier with our experience.
