Lexus rack and pinion rebuilt. Lasted a few weeks. Now it leaks all the fluid when I turn the car on

Never answered the phone .. I tried calling them 3-4 times through the day. They then blocked my number. All I wanted to know was if they would rebuild the steering box in my 1978 Bronco.
