First time eating at Lone Star Steakhouse in Fayetteville, NC and the experience was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and efficient and we didn't wait long for our food to arrive. The only thing we didn't like was the salad, there was not enough dressing for the portion that was served. The steak and chicken were cooked the way we ordered and our server and manager were friendly. Thanks to Brandy for suggesting we eat there. We'll be back in the future.

The shrimp was pretty good. I wouldn't mind eating a plate of just shrimp. The steak however was okay. I ordered medium well and it was interesting. I think it needed a little more seasoning than peppercorn. Fish and chips tasted okay. It had grease inside the fish and I didn't like it. I would come back again and order something else.

Awful food and service was substandard, tried to go there with open mind after reading some reviews but came out feeling as disappointed as the reviews I read

Went with a party of 16. Waiter was very friendly and tried really hard, but almost all of our orders were wrong somehow, wrong side, cooked wrong or totally not what we ordered. Medium rare steaks looked like shoe leather and we questioned the cut of meat also. We got apologies and the excuse was - there is a new cook that just transferred here. Oh, I almost forgot, they comped us 2 desserts?? When I pay $20 for a meal (without the beverage), I expect a much better experience.

Had a birthday celebration at Lone Star last night There were 11 of us at the table.The service was excellent.Our waitress remembered every name and called us by name evey time.The food was also great.I had not been there since they remodeled ,Beautiful!! If I could give a rating they would get 100.Thank you to our waitress Shantal,you rock!!!

We went for the Monday night Burgers and Beer thing they have going. Seemed like a cool deal. $5 burgers and $1.99 pints. The burgers are basic. No lettuce, tomato, or onion, or fries and the beer is PBR. Not such a great deal. I can get a basic burger with fries and all that down the road at Red Robin for the same price. We also ordered the blooming onion type deal...they forgot to peel the onion! So the whole outer layer was onion peel. Plus, it was overseasoned with salt and dripping with grease.
