Service was incredibly slow and never came back to check on us, told they were out of mashed potatoes and asked if we would be ok with fries (but then brought out half orders of mashed potatoes), steaks had no flavor, they were out of steak sauce, then they took forever to get us checked out even though they had closed 30 minutes earlier. Waitress was clueless the whole night.

Our server was not personable she showed up took orders and left. She for the most part ignored our table and we were left without drinks and many other things we asked for. Then upon ordering we were told they ran out of mashed potatoes and offered fries but then they brought us out some potatoes and steaks that were cooked wrong. Then they told us they ran out of A1 sauce AT A STEAKHOUSE. Will not be back.

We waited an hour for our food due to the ticket in the kitchen got lost. We asked our waiter multiple times how much longer he said the cooks are working on it. When they really weren’t bc our ticket was lost! We finally got our food it was cold! Three out of our four plates come we had to asked where my husband food was! Two people ordered Mac and cheese one had bread crumbs on it the other didn’t food isn’t even consistent. The table next to us showed up 15 minutes after us and also waited an hour for there food!! Biscuits were small and got hard real quick steak was awesome the mushrooms were great the salad was so-so don’t like parts of the lettuce in the salad dressing was water down

As my family is currently sitting in this restaurant we order some appetizers. First we are told they are out of onions for their Texas Rose, so we ordered spinach dip...they were out of the spinach dip. We ordered the queso and was just informed they are out of chips. How does this happen?

We went at noon (lunch rush time). We were the only non-employee people in the whole restaurant. Food was cold, only thing good was the tea. If we would not have already purchased the Groupon to eat there we would not have one there. Server had to call the manager out to apply Groupon to our meal. He was too lazy to come to out table to see how/if we enjoyed out meal. We will NEVER go back there.
