RecommendedGreat food, Great service, Steak was cooked just right. They don’t have a Cajun ribeye on their menu anymore but, the manager knew that was my favorite meal and made it for me anyway. Brooks is a great manager.
I never give bad reviews but people need to be warned. Not worth the time or your money. Stood there waiting to be recognized for a few minutes and was only noticed bc we locked eyes with someone, menu and chair was dirty Food was just okay, waitress was decent but that's it, took way to long and there were 3 groups there, they ran out of kid menus, my husband didn’t get his salad until our food arrived, (after he reminded the waitress), there was a dog in there and no not a service dog, and it smelled so bad as soon as we w... read more
Steak was excellent, ordered rib eye. 3 orders in our party and 2 steaks were cooked incorrectly. Service was OK. I would go back and give it a second chance, because the steak was good.
The menu was filthy with food residue, the steaks had to be sent back because they were undercooked. The waitress was Caucasian & I couldn’t understand her. Salad came with dinner not before. I didn’t order Mac & cheese but it was on my plate. Lousy service & the food sucks. I’m not coming to this place ever again. Stay away, people.
Took over an hour to get our food then it wasn’t worth eating! Restaurant was not busy, hardly anyone there. Was not hot, was dry and burnt!Tried steak sauce to help which didn’t😡
This was the worst service I have ever had while dining . Our wait for drinks was 28 minutes, our food order was not correct, and the manager offered a $4.00 credit and overcharged our happy hour drinks by $8.00. We will NOT be back to this location.
TERRIBLE experience!!! It took an hour to be seated when told 30 mins to only find half the dining room empty. Once seated it took 30 mins for waitress to come over. Food came and one of our steaks was RAW!! When said something the waitress took it back for them to microwave the same steak with our cut mark and bring it back well done when ordered it medium. Do not go there!!!
I typically do not give bad reviews, however our experience at Lone Star was terrible. They brought our kids food and they had finished eating but we had been wanted for over an hour for our food when we decided to cancel our order. We never got rolls nor a high chair that was requested. As I am trying to talk to the manager there was an employee spraying someone with a can of whip topping. It was just very unprofessional. And I was expected to pay full price for the food we got.
