They don't hand cut steaks anymore. They are pre-cut steaks. The quality is no where like it use to be. The steak had no flavor and tough. The service is horrible, had my food before I got my salads. Overall the server was very rude. And the manager didn't help matters. I won't recommend and won't be going back. You want a great steak for to Level Two Steakhouse, if you want a good steak go to Texas Land and Catttle.
Pretty disappointed with my entire meal here. The steak was extremely tough and the mac and cheese was dry. Wait staff was friendly enough but overall a bad experience.
Was not as good as it was in March. The food was good, but the service was not, and it wasn't busy so there was no excuse. Also miss the peach bread putting.

Was great food but when it came to pay they wouldn't let us use the coupon that the motel gave us even tho she was told ahead of time
Horrible service, "lost" our reservations, bad service at the bar. Great food, only reason I gave it 2 stars. If the service was better 5 stars.
Waited almost an hour for seating, then no waitress. 20 min. Later service. Food was poorly prepared and not what was ordered.
Love this place. Worth the visit we go once on each trip to Branson
