Horrible waitress and the food was cold and dry steak. Very disappointed!!!!! The waitress needs to pay attention to her tables. Won't go back!
Greeter that sat us was mad that she had to seat us! She apologized for her anger, but said she was sick of the other girl switching guests on her. She begrudgingly got us an extra chair after we told her their are ONLY 6 chairs and we are a party of 7. Are waitress was nice, but VERY slow at getting any requests. Drinks were not refilled, even after asking. My husband was half way done with his steak before she finally brought the A1. Service was good, food tasted great, but my 6oz filet was 1/2 fat, manager adjusted bill. Something gave my daughter diarrhea :(
I have something to say to corporate about how 3 managers speaks to there employees. Not right iv been spoken down to and cursed at. But to do all that and fire me on my day off. I wonder what the coustomers and the employees think after tonight . All of you have your head so high in the clowds and don't care what I have to say just always in the wrong even if I'm not. Those are poor managment skills and that is not how you speak or treat your employees. Duces.
The food arrived quickly. Waitress was very good. I ordered my steak medium rare but it arrived well done. However, it was very tender and had a good flavor. The waitress and manager both offered to make me another one but I declined. The manager took it off our bill.
Todo excelente la comida el trato sus empleados muy amables. Muy bien.
Amazing amazing customer service! Not only from our waitress but all the staff. Everyone kept picking up out dirty dishes to get it out of the way, refilling our drinks constantly. Definitely recommend this as a place to eat in Branson!
Waitress was very friendly but we had to wait on our food for about an hour and they were not busy at the time, so I don't know what the hold up was. The steak was dry and tough. Probably won't go back.
