The server was attentive and quick, but that was not surprising as it was 12:30 on a weekday and there was only one other table seated. Which should tell you something right there. I am a server here and take great pride in my custumers leaving with a smile on their faces!! Im sorry some of you havent had great service, but please give us a second chance?! Our waitress was great but the food was awful. Salad was old and the cucumbers were slimy. The steak seasoning was gross and the steak tasted old. Husbands veggies were overcooked and had been sitting out long. My mixed drink was watered down.
Service was AWFUL. The waiter was drunk or so high on pills he couldn't even get our drink order/dinner order correct. Rolls were stale, and hard as bricks. The butter was orange in color. The soft drinks tasted watered down. The steak was "ok" the vegetables were frozen, and mashed potatoes were so dry you could not scrape with a knife! Absolutely the worse service ever. They brought us bread that was uncooked. The dinner wasn't awful but didn't make up for the fact it took over an hour to get our food. Chains suck.
Went for a date night with my son. Steak was cooked perfectly and service was great.
food was good service was lacking. was pretty slow when we went but server didn't come around much. also, if you are running a steakhouse in Oklahoma please make sure the sweet tea is actually sweet.
