Food is not quality it was before, not much to choose from on the menu either. We will not be returning.
We visited yesterday and had a terrible experience! It took forever for our waitress to even take our drink order, everything was overpriced and then our food came out lukewarn and bland. Great attributes for my daughter's mac and cheese but disappointing for a steak sandwich and chicken breast! If you are looking for a $40 lackluster lunch this is the place for you! We won't be back!
I will never be back! Service was awful and they weren’t even busy. Food wasn’t the best either.
I ordered the beef nachos and I can’t stop laughing....it’s a plate of Tostitos with canned cheese and a cut up hamburger patty. And some lettuce. This looks like something I would make for a 6 year old. New management? I thought the last set sucked, this one is worse!
The service was THE worst I've had. The waiter took forever to locate us. We got our drinks, mine was iced tea, except it had no ice. I had to ask 3 times for additional ice and had finally given up on ever getting it. We waited over an hour for our food. Rolls were cold and steak was a poor cut of beef. Just ate lunch there today, when we received our check the price was almost $10 more than the menu. We received the answer that is our new prices, sorry! Take your business elsewhere, way overpriced .
Waiter sucked.. I asked for a draft beer and got a bottle.. then asked for a glass... never got it.. Me and the wife ordered steaks.. this idiot never asked how we want it cooked.. so we had to send it back... did not got my side potatoes with my meal. Then manager showed up and took my plate.. never said sorry or any... Never going back there again.. New management need to find new cooks and waiters!!!!!
We had a huge party yesterday in their side room just for us and it was the greatest occasion I've had in a long time. A birthday party for my oldest brother Ricky. The food was excellent, a lot of steak variances and salmon, lettuce wedges, cheesecake, appetizers, chicken wings were the size of chicken legs.
