This place sucks!!! Yesterday was our first time trying Lone Star and it was terrible. We ordered the Texas ribeye and the 12oz ribeye ( can't remember the name) we both had salads, I also had the broccoli and cheddar casserole & we both had sweet tea. My husband had to send his tea back 3 times because they kept bringing him unsweetened tea. It took forever to receive our dinner. Me and my husband ate there on Saturday afternoon we had the baby back ribs and the rub was so hot from black pepper that we could not eat it. About that time the manager came by and asked how our meal was. We just informed him that they were to hot from black pepper to eat so he went back and made our whole order over again so we could take it home and enjoy them. He was not going to charge us for them. That is taking care of business. We recommend this restaurant where all the staff truly cares about the customer.
The fried shrimp was grease, my husband's steak was supposed to be med rare but was burnt and daughters and son-in-law steaks was raw.
The experience was not good! Tea was so sugary you wanted to puke! My husband got a Tbone instead of a porterhouse. Salads were terrible. On top of that it was Raw at the top. My baked potato was suppose to be loaded it came out with sour cream & chives only. I asked for butter, bacon & cheese then. She delivered the cheese & bacon to our table. We order the porterhouse steak but it wasn't a porterhouse steak it was a ribeye so don't spend your hard earned money on this steak but order the ribeye it was good
Damn cockroach just ran across the table! Caught it in a napkin and gave it to the manager!
