The service, food, staff and atmosphere was amazing. Our server Ernesto rocked! Thank y'all for such a great lunch with great staff. We will definitely be back!
We had dinner there this evening and were sat in the back at the table closest to the kitchen across from the servers kiosk areas. As I tried to enjoy my completely bland and tasteless steak and mashed potatoes, I was forced to listen to your servers discuss their personal lives and hug and touch all over each other. First off my wife and I are not restaurant snobs, AND this is literally the first review of ANYTHING that I have ever written, that being said, I was thoroughly annoyed by the time I left. Oh, by the way, it was my wife and I's 9th wedding anniversary. We arrived and were told there there was a wait, with only one couple in front of us who we held the door for as we came in, no big deal. The restaurant was at most 33% full. Worst experience ever. We were sat the same time as another table and before we even got our food they had their meal, dessert and check. We were told our food was being plated and 30 minutes later I just asked for the check... Still no food. After waiting an hour for a kids chicken breast & broccoli and an adult chicken breast and broccoli we had no food. There was only 3 tables.
The last time I was here the food was good but this time after waiting an hour for my food I got a $26 steak that I could not eat because it was so tough and had a lot of Grissell. I was offered a free dessert because of it was bad. No thanks I won't be back.
We were seated right away, service was ok, waited 2 hours on our food which we finally received. Two of the meals were ok and two of the meals were terrible, like they had been setting in the back lost for an hour, however management made it right by allowing us to pay half for the meals that were consumed. This place was not busy and I understand why, we will not be back.
