Shame on you Lone Star...we tried to come for dinner and when we walked in your restaurant wasn't busy at all!!! Your manager came to the front and took my name and said the wait would be 5-10 minutes or less! Probably less! We said ok and sat and waited!!! 15 minutes goes by and we are still waiting a family walks in and gets seated immediately! Matt was a kind and efficient server. Food was excellent. Stuffed for reasonable price!!
Every time we go, the food is amazing! Great service and great food! The waiters/waitresses are so kind and this time we even met one of the managers. He was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed!
Steak full of gristle and not a lot of flavor. Not the best steak I ever ate
Went last night with some friends. Our appetizers were decent and came out within a reasonable amount of time our food however, took forever to get to us. I got the bacon wrapped sirloin and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. My food was barely lukewarm but I was hungry so I had a few bites before I decided I shouldn't eat it. Intern, I ended up with food poisoning. Do yourself a favor, and don't eat here! Terrible service and I got sick on top of it.
Bring back the spinach! The only reason I I didn't give you guys a ten is because you took one of the best things off the menu! Out of a party of 9, 6 of us would have ordered the spinach. Please bring it back! P.S. the average person drove over an hour to meet at the Elsinore location.
I really enjoyed my dinning experience there, the food, service and my dinning companion were exceptional. Do go here!
Been going there for about 2 years, some things have changed. They took off the french dip sandwich which was PERFECT...was too costly to serve. The chopped steak is not good & the mushroom gravy is suuuuuuper salty with canned mushrooms, not a recomended choice. Other than that everything else we've tried has been good and service pretty good too. We still go.
