We like to try new things often so opted for Lone Star in Lake Elsinore on Veterans Day. It was nice and quiet. That's about all the nice things I can say about it. The waiter appeared to be in a mood should I say. Not very nice. The salad was ok, very light on the dressing. I ordered he fish and chips, they were so so. Took my husband for his birthday dinner--our 3rd visit since moving here in January--and we rarely eat out! I had the wedge salad with bourbon-glazed salmon. Fresh, delicious and satisfying with a healthy portion of salmon filet cooked to perfection. He had the filet mignon because they were out of his favorite: their NY strip. He said it melted in his mouth, but wished it was a bit bigger (he ordered the 8 oz, but he thought it was less). Won't be going back. Food was ok, and I ended up with food poisoning.

We have always liked Lone Star, but now under the new manager, Stacy Richardson, it's running very well, with great service, and the staff are the best! I highly recommend Lone Star Steakhouse!
