I have been waiting for a package that was picked up by Lone Star Overnight FOUR WEEKS AGO. The estimated delivery kept being pushed back week after week. My package was finally delivered yesterday but not my house house.. Not sure where my package is! Tried calling their helpline and was on hold to talk to someone for 47 minutes before giving up.

So I live in a rural area outside of San Antonio and have been waiting for a package from Amazon to arrive. Amazon contracted the delivery through this company and they said they sent it back to the vendor because the driver couldn't find the address. They needed more directions. We have camera's and little to no traffic on our street the driver never even attempted to come all the out to our address which is 1hr outside of San Antonio. Have had 3 different deliveries from LSO in last 3 weeks. First time they left it laying in driveway out at street. Second time they crammed in in my mailbox, which is a no no per USPS regulations. Today they once again left it laying at end of driveway in the rain. It's about 100 feet up driveway to my porch. Are these bums just lazy or incompetent? I would avoid LSO at all costs...

Trusted this company to ship important court documents from Ft. Worth to El Paso TX. Package has been lost and every time I call customer service, I wait between 10-40 minutes to speak to someone. The first time I called customer service told me they were a day behind and my package was in El Paso and should be delivered the next morning or that afternoon. LSO is the most bullshit delivery company to have ever existed. Nothing is ever delivered on time, and the customer support is absolute garbage. “Unable to Locate” is such utterly ridiculous fuckbaggery. Do they employ imbeciles as drivers? No one on the face of this planet has ever had issues locating addresses for deliveries every single day. Houses are not hard to find.
