Had two IPhone 16 Plus shipped through LSO stolen, box ripped open. iPhones removed from their boxes then put back in box and sloppily taped up. The white strips of paper in box are the seals from the iPhone boxes. From my research I have found stolen electronics through this shipper to be common.

This company is rated one star only because it will not allow me to use negative Stars. Extremely poor customer service surpassed only by their incredibly poor delivery service. My tracking informed me I was a closed business with no access I am a residence with full access it took 4 days of constant emailing to get a response the updated tracking showed out for delivery of course it never showed how this company is allowed to stay in business is beyond my comprehension

I have had numerous issues with this incompetent company. First they say my address is bad, which it is not. I have no problems with Amazon, FedEx or UPS delivering packages. Then there is the issue of ZERO customer service. You have to fill out a contact form which goes ignored. They claim to have a live agent chat....no they do not. They don't take phone calls. I am just astounded in a bad way that anyone is using this company for deliveries.

Lone Star Overnight is a fraudulent company. They have no working customer service number and no contact information for their facility warehouses. Emails go unanswered. I’ve received messages that my packages have “been delivered” only to be sent follow-up stating the delivery has been “rescheduled”. The tracking site shows delivery attempts at 6:30am. No legitimate service delivers residential packages at 6:30am!

Absolutely and without a doubt the worst "delivery" service to ever exist. I get tracking updates from the future - Like telling me my package is out for delivery with a time that's 6 hours in the future! Then, instead of delivering, it's been sent back to a sorting facility. When I called they were no help at all, told me it would be in Friday or if not then Monday. If everything is bigger in Texas, then Lone Star Overnight is the BIGGEST disappointment of a delivery service! Received a confirmation on 11/19 at 9:45 a.m. that LSO had delivered my item to the door. Interestingly, the time stamp of the delivery was 3:37 p.m. (LSO must be using all those Hot Tub Time Machines in Austin). Contact LSO customer service and am told a supervisor will open an investigation and will call in 2 days. AWFUL customer service! I had three packages shipped, and all three were stalled for over 5 business days. After I called to inquire, two of them moved and were delivered, but one has still not moved! I called 5 business days ago to inquire about it, and was told that my package was escalated to the resolution team and I would hear back within 2 business days. An absolute joke of a "shipping company", if you can even call them one. This organization has to be a scam. Best Buy shipped my package with Lone Star Overnight (LSO) and I -knew- I wasn't going to get my package from the moment I knew who shipped it. I'm very familiar with their lack of services from the past, and it's obvious that their record hasn't changed. They """lost""" my package (probably stole it and fenced it for more $$$) then marked it as delivered and signed by "Lost in Transit". Well now Best Buy has my order... read more
