We do residential remodeling and Lone Star Glass is our choice for shower doors, mirrors, double pane fixed window glass, etc. We even take our work trucks to them when we need a cracked windshield or window replaced. Always receive great service and entire staff is helpful and pleasant

A GREAT place to do business! I had 2 broken windows in my RV. They took the job right away, did a fantastic job and even called me to suggest improvement to my original request. Super nice folks there, too!
Lone Star Glass has the best customer service! LSG always go above and beyond to make accommodations to my personal schedule any time I have needed service. Whether it is from a broken dining table, to a window that needs replacing. They are the glass experts!
Way Overpriced!! – I was charged $325 for what ended up being about an hour and 10 min worth of labor. I was not impressed with the office either - I had to call twice to get an estimate about a week and a half after they came for measurements. Also had to schedule the work twice and I'm still missing some paperwork. I wish I could give less than one star.
I recently got my one of my car windows broken into and headed straight to Lone Star Glass. I had a million and one issues with my dealership getting the correct window to Lone Star Glass. Although my dealership drove me crazy, everyone at Lone Star Glass were above and beyond helpful. Everyone there was super friendly, and I will most definitely tell all my friends about Lone Star Glass if they are ever in the same bind I was in.
Quick, friendly service. – I got good customer service from the very first time I called Lone Star Glass. I needed a shower door. The girls who work up front are very helpful. They answer all your questions and if they dont know the answer to something, they will find out and get right back to you. Great service great experience – I called in to check on pricing for a replacement for my car windshield. I told them i was leaving out of town that night and needed it done quickly. they gave me the price said it could be done that day. I dropped off my car and it was done by the time I finished lunch. It was a great experience they valued my time and provided great customer service! Thank you Lonestar they will handle all my glass needs!
AM turns to PM and they don't care! – I scheduled 2 days in advance for an AM appointment to replace 4 cracked windows. I wasted my day from work to wait until 1 pm. I called to ask ETA a couple times and recieved no return call. I finally cancelled because they are ridiculous. I work for one of the largest property mangement companies in Houston and they are not only getting a blog but I will share my thoughts with everyone in the industry!
