Since Dr. Baxley left this place is no longer has gone downhill. Dr. Tran is young and inexperienced along with his staff. The so called Office Manager is a joke. He is young and wears pants and a T-shirt to the office. When I went to complain about some denture work that was done the day before I wanted to talk to Dr. Tran privately. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office?
