Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? No, I didn't receive one for over a week Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? No, it didn't taste good at all Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone!

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Since Dr. Baxley left this place is no longer has gone downhill. Dr. Tran is young and inexperienced along with his staff. The so called Office Manager is a joke. He is young and wears pants and a T-shirt to the office. When I went to complain about some denture work that was done the day before I wanted to talk to Dr. Tran privately. He happened to be in the visitors area when I got there. He immediately told me I needed to talk to the office manager. I found this to be very disconcerting.
