RecommendedI love Lone Oak Animal Center. Always able to see Miss Priss. they are friendly and even through Covid restrictions, I have been able to communicate with one of the vets and given full and thorough treatment.
My dog was very sick on a Saturday night. The on call dr met me at the clinic and diagnosed him with a parasite. He then helped me clean my van where my dog had gotten sick in it. He went above and beyond to help me and my pup.

The care my dog received at Lone Oak Animal Clinic is better than I could have asked for. While I did not get to meet the staff except those bringing animals to and from the car due to COVID everyone I saw or spoke to on the phone was professional, compassionate, and kind. I declined the drop off service due to not knowing what was wrong with my dog and wanting to stay with him as long as I could and was told there would be a wait. I have been going there for years and loved them. however yesterday I took my dog for annual shots. took 2 hours and they put him in a crate without telling me. I am going to look for a new vet.

I can’t express the compassion and care these Docs and their team provide! I love this place. We just had 3 of our precious doggie girls spayed here and we have been with this clinic for a while prior. They also spayed one of our other female doggies. They are so compassionate and professional. Especially through this crazy covid and their busy clinic! They do their best to be prompt and informative and really treated our babies like their own. The staff attitudes was very gossipy last visit. The two receptionists were talking about phone callers. Very unprofessional. On Monday 08-10 tried to get new kitten shots but was told there was a 4 hour wait and they didn't offer to bring kitten in from heat. I have been a client for 20 plus years but I will take my animals somewhere else now.

My family had used this clinic all my life. I used to think they were the best around. A couple of years ago, I adopted a dog; and of course, I took him here. Did I ever regret that! Our experience that day was that they didn’t want us there at all, and we were just annoying them. They just seemed in a big bad hurry.
