They are great. They go above and beyond to help your pet. If I need to talk to a dr with a question...everytime I have called she has called me back in just a few short minutes. I highly recommend them.
A big shout out to my mom and Lone Oak Animal Clinic and Tammy's Dog Grooming! My mom saw 2 doodles (dogs) loose by Krebs Station Road. One dog got hit by a car (who did not stop) and she put the other dog in her garage. After making several phone calls the Lone Oak Animal Clinic Picked up the injured dog with in 30 minutes and by calling Tammy's Dog Grooming she was able to ID the dogs and their owners. Everyone at LO Animal Clinic is wonderful. We have been bring our pets to be treated by them since it was just Jimmy and Mitzi. Our fur-babies had their yearly shots and check-ups this week. No major problems, but we did make an appointment get our yorkie's teeth cleaned and a small, but growing bump taken off of her head. I trust all of the Drs. and staff with my most precious babies!
The staff is so sweet and caring. They go above and beyond to make sure your oet and you feel comfortable!
I have 3 pugs that go there and one time my little boy was actually sick and not there for a check up and they treated him immediately and he was back to himself in no time. I appreciate the care they give.
