Don't ever never sign the contract with this company. I moved in 2 years ago with the old management and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, only a few months after they changed management and it is terrible. They dont treat you like customers, they treat you like you are staying there for free. The customer services are so poor. They are just sitting there to wait for you making a mistake then charge you extra money. Im glad that my contract is finally over so i can get out of there. Every news station is reporting on this!!!! Oh my gosh!!!! Not a word from the complex to residents this needs to be brought to light please help!
I have 3 friends and a family member that live in this apartment and at one point was considering moving in. I have since reconsidered. The management of this apartment in unbelievable, they never fix anything that is broken. They put notices on your doors for fee they say you owe but have clearly paid, evidence being the cashed checks from your bank. Charging a bed bug deposit? For some reason the interior doors were painted with something that makes your eyes burn. Apartment staff members entering apartment without notice. I have heard so many things that are just not right concerning Lone Oak Apartments. Now a sink hole on Hidden Valley? Ironic?
Well just got email we have to pay 20 bucks per light bulb if they go out. Or like me batteries and bulbs for 7.99. When we moved in it was great. Now trash can cannot even be reached due to trash piled so high. Noisy as neighbors always slamming doors. Dogs shit on lawn and it does not get picked up by owner or management.
Couldn't be happier with my new apartment home! The staff is amazing, the environment is friendly, great dog park, pools and grilling area.
