Professonalism, Customer service, Trust, taking responsibility for one's self actions and the way one talk and treat Residents as they see Us rather Me as BENEATH THEM talking to me with No Compassion as If I was a child that has disrespectfully addressed them, is everything as it relates to a Healthy Environment and Community which is not what I've experienced here at all as it relates to management and its Administrative staff. been living there for almost 4 years. love the location, stuff and management are great. all the repairs and maintenance requests are done immediately. there always some celebrations and fun stuff for holidays.
Such a nice complex! In the summertime it's all about the pools and they have 2. Both are beautifully maintained and never too crowded. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. Two thumbs up for Lone Oak!! 👍👍
