Yvette absolutely crushed the cut and color she did for me. All of the staff in there are knowledgeable and very nice. They worked with me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be going back, 100%!
Had my first appt. today with Kyler (sorry if i spelled your name wrong babe!) and i loved it! I'm clueless when it comes to hair but he knew what i was looking for and did exactly that plus some. I've been looking for a great stylist for a while now and I'll definitely be coming back to see him, the other staff members are super nice as well and i loved the quaint atmosphere. I found this place on Groupon back in August and have been going ever since! They always take care of my hair and recommend what is best without just trying to push product sales on you like some salons do. This is the same for the type of hair service I get. I never feel pressured to do something and they genuinely recommend what you need. I love going here. I did not like the custom service at this salon. I prefer to visit with a stylist and see whats the best new look for me and go from there. I didn't even get in the seat before the condescending stylist made me so uncomfortable I left. I would pay extra for any service. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere they actually care about customers.
Great service and staff. I had my 6 month old with me and the staff were helpful in holding her when I was getting my color processed. Chris was considerate of my baby as well since she didn't want her near the stylist who was doing a Brazilian blowout chemical service. ( the smell is pretty strong). Thanks Chris and staff at London Underground! Love my hair and the product you recommended to help maintain the bright red in my hair color.
Christine is just amazing she is truly the best. There is no one that I trust more or have more confidence in to make my hair look amazing. There is nothing that she cannot do and she always listens to my needs and wants and delivers accordingly. I always leave with silky, shine, health, happy hair that looks it's best. I have been going to Christine for years and I would follow her anywhere.
