This is such a great place to relax and get pampered. The building is older with great character and nice hardwood floors. Very clean , friendly staff and experienced hairstylist! I was greeted by the receptionist and I waited for about 5 mins after walking in the door for my appointment. My stylist was friendly and helpful and offered many options for my hair cut. Christine is a very talented hair stylist! She has taken me from brunette to blonde wonderfully! I always enjoy coming to London Underground, never have to wait, great conversation and a nice clean salon! Definitely recommend Christine!

The place was dirty and there was Absolutely horrible customer service. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life as a paying customer. Worst $55 I’ve ever spent. The manager (the fat one with a room to the right on the first floor) was a nightmare and extremely rude and incompetent. I will Be leaving a review on every outlet that I can! Making it my business to alert any and all. There are way better places to go where you will be treated like a human being and like a valued customer.

I'm sorry you feel this way but groupons must be presented upon arrival not purchased after the fact. You also were so outta line yelling at a 19 kid assistant that she was crying. Fat shaming is not a good look for anyone. Neither is threatening my staff when you did not get your own way. Our salon is extremely clean and get compliments on it daily

The best stylists and staff there is. Great quality, timeliness, products and a beautiful and clean space! If you haven’t taken a trip to London Under Ground, you’re doing it all wrong.
With only a month before my wedding I had went to a salon in which I thought would make me walk out of there pretty actually leaving me waking out of there horrible. I went In with an idea of a balayage but did not turn out how I had it showing in the picture. This place never fails. Odie Odilia Chavez is an amazing master stylist. Results are always phenomenal. My hair feels fantastic after I leave this place.
