I bought a Ford backed ESP extended warranty. No hype, no high pressure sales pitch, nobody pestered me with emails, texts or calls. Just, here is the product, here is the price. I liked that. I used my previous ESP warranty. That was simple and saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs.

I purchased a CPO Mustang from a dealership in another state. However I purchased an extended Ford Warranty from Lombard Ford from a gentleman named Jack, because of there excellent prices compared to other dealerships. A year after purchase I brought my car in for service though another dealer in Danbury Ct. At that time they told me the warranty could not be honored because my title was "Branded" by the DMV. The Danbury Dealer was not able to help clarify this issue. I called Ford directly ,and was told it was a DMV issue.... read more

I purchased two new 2012 **** ******* three months apart from a Ford dealer in ***** ********. I also got the premium care extended warranty on both. I got a letter from Lombard Ford just before the first warranty was running out saying they could extend it for me. I called my selling dealer to see if it could be extended and is this letter about a Ford warranty.
