I bought an extended warranty thru this dealership and worked with Emma A***** She is great to work with. Helped me through all my detailed questions. Quick to respond to any thing I asked. With out her I am not sure I would have bought the warranty. Her dealer ship is fortunate to have her.

I recently needed a part/service for my Ford Explorer. My Local Ford Dealership advised me that my Extended Warranty would NOT cover this issue. It seemed strange to me so I contacted Lombard Ford Warranty customer service directly. Jack assured me that this part/service was in fact covered by my Extended Warranty and the Dealership was using the wrong codes. Should have researched first Brought my car to Lombard for some "issues" that it was having. Three Days later, and $1000.00 I finally have my car back. After thinking that what I was charged was extravagent, I faxed my invoice and list of what had been done to two other garages. Both of them told me that the repairs that have been made should not have cost more than $600.00. Needless to say, it is my own fault for not doing my homework. Best Car dealer One of my friends told me that I should work for Lombard when I retire. I just might. I bought many times from Lombard Ford over the past 25 years. All my kids got their first cars from Rob at Lombard. Everyone there is great. Their prices are great and there service after the sale is the best. They make you feel like family. I just can not say enough. When my wife was in the hospital they found out and sent her balloons...They are a dealer you can trust.
ford mustang GT2007 we have bought 3 different cars from different dealers before and no one has ever treated us better than Mea winddecker she always comes out to the car even before we get out of our car and asks us if we need help and she always has the answer and if not she always fineds out as soon as possible and if we want to buy another car we will be going to ford in winsted
