Don't believe their glorified hype. I made a HUGE mistake bringing my husband here after his accident. I understand that it is called 'practicing medicine' for a reason & I know that this is a teaching hospital but our experience has been beyond ridiculous and terrible. Here are just some of the highlights from our visit: the place is filthy (not just dirty), the staff as a whole (Ken in the ER was the only bright spot) are indifferent, the wait time for a serious injury that required surgery was unacceptable, they also miss... read more
