Everything!!!! This is the worse place, completely unorganized, I don’t understand how a hospital can be run this way!!! Let’s start with time management, this place will leave you sitting for 12 hours before they even see you! If you come to the ER, plan to stay at least 15 hours, clear 2 days on your schedule to be seen by a doctor.

It’s time to change your policies. EVERYONE needs at least one advocate at the hospital in order to get proper care. And we don’t need hugs from hospital staff who are denying access to loved ones. I can’t see my father because of Covid-19, but your receptionist has the nerve to try to hug my mom. Inconsistent and disgusting! We have no way to reach the doctors or receive information, and no one is providing us with updates. However, the nurses in the ICU have been very kind. Update: 8 days post surgery, our family member is... read more

ER takes their sweet time to help someone with the symptoms of COVID-19 whether they are Severe symptoms or not. they won’t test them because they have to call their provider which i think is a bunch of BS. They should test them no questions ask. My father has been in the ER for the pass 10+ hrs and nothing. All they care is who is going to pay for the medical bill because that’s the only thing they approach my family for. Like the staff is making it seen that the only thing they care is the money and the health of the patie... read more
