Came to see a van. No office and nobody on site. After calling their number someone pulled up in a car and turned it on. It sounded funny when starting up, which I mentioned along with not having working air conditioning which he told me wasn't an issue. After less than three minutes from him driving up he told me "I don't have time to listen to whining" and asked for the keys back. Definitely would advise people to avoid at all costs as it seems incredibly shady and unreliable. Would not trust them with my business.

Vincent was one of those customers who immediately starts trying to insult the product. I happened to see him on the lot when I was driving by and stopped to show him the van. Great solid work van, I told him a/c only comes out at windshield. Price of van was $3k under retail so plenty of room to fix a/c if wanted. Van runs great, mid mileage, had belonged to Charter and had been well maintained.
