I have had nothing but the best experiences at Lolo. I have bought guns, had Gunbroker transfers done through them, bought ammunition, accessories and have had scopes bore sighted. The staff has always been, knowledgeable and helpful. Besides that the building is just historically cool.

Had my trigger work done here and they made me do a background check to get my own gun back. It took them a month after the work had already been done to get it back to me. Then I went in after to ask for a copy of the receipt to prove that I had work done and they refused to give me a copy. Horrible Service!

So my truck was broken into and my Glock19 was stolen, and I called to see if anyone had come in and sold one before I was able to file a police report and who ever I talked to was incredibly rude and said he couldn't take down my information because his hands were full and said he couldn't tell me if any one came in and sold one which is no different than asking if there's any in stock. Never going to Lolos again and advise others to do the same.
