My experience with this dealership is by far hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any dealership or shop. Where to begin? I made an appointment to have a glovebox door that would not close looked at for an opinion on whether it could be repaired and to determine if a new 3 mm radio jack could be installed on the radio (the CD player did not work and I did not care about that. I bought a used SUV on 2/5/2021 and traded in my vehicle. Rather than just transferring the license plate & registration, I was told that they need to hold my license plate while they handled transferring the registration, which should take a day or two. I got a 30-day temporary license plate and registration. 27 days later, I got the updated paper registration in the mail from the Registry. I called Lokey Nissan asking where was my license plate? I have been buying my cars from Lokey for the last 10 years. Each time I come in, I feel like the service gets worse. When I had my Volkswagen, the service was amazing. I wasn't too happy with the car, but the management was on top of their game Transitioning over to Nissan was an eye opener. I have driven many vehicles in my lifetime and the amount of times I am told "that's normal" is absolutely ridiculous. I started by contacting someone by the name of Peggy via text/phone about a 2019 Pathfinder SV, I stated we have a 2015 Pathfinder S to trade in, they asked to bring the vehicle to give a full trade in review. Addressed concerns with customer and explained everything regarding the lease and lease terms, including the insurance claims that were made by their agent which was not correct information by the insurance company. Also took care of their first payment because of the misinformation they felt was given. I have check at my desk awaiting them to come in this week to pick up when we get tint and sunstrip done on their new car which I also am taking care of paying for. Thank you.

On Oct. 3rd I visited Lokey Nissan. I was greeted by salesman, Miguel C. I had contacted Migue earlier regarding a Certified pre-owned 2018 Nissan Altima, so he was expecting me to come in the dealership. After test driving the vehicle, Miguel asked me if I was interested, but I told him to let me think about it, he left, was back in like 3 minutes, not much time to think about it. I purchased paid cash for two new cars the same day there. They seem to tell the customer anything to make a sale then try receiving what you were promised. I do not understand if this is a mechanism to screw a customer or just a poorly managed business. In any case I can never do businesses with a dealer like this and I suggest you go where they compress good customer and business management ð?¤®

lol can't descrbe how great my experience was with Lokey Nissan. They were on with everything they explained to me. Found me a great rate and were able to absorb my negative equity. I love my new Nissan frontier. I rcommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great buying expierence

Firstly, these people are super nice - Especially Brent the sales manager. But I want to tell others the REAL experience and what it'll actually cost you. When we sat down to buy the car the very "nice" sales manager, Brent, assumed we never had access to the internet price and right out of the gate tried to negotiate from the sticker price. Seriously??? Did we look like cave people who didn't have access to cell phones? Who DOESN'T check internet prices on brand new vehicles these days?
