One of the worst car experiences I have ever had. I should have realized from the beginning that I was being taken advantage of. I am coming in as a mother to buy my 16 year old son a safe car and I think they smelled blood in the water and were ready to pounce. My opinion these people are corrupt! I bought a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler from here not even a year ago and its been broken down for a month because sludge was found in the engine. I have called several times requesting the inspection paperwork that was documented on the vehicle prior to being put up for sale, and have yet to receive a call or email of this documentation. I always go to Lokey Nissan and get my car serviced from them. I usually don't have issue and have my father who is 75 years of age and speaks broken English. The service manager Chuck when called back after 2.5 hours of my car dropped off during my appointment was very rude to my dad with no patience. So I decided to speak to him and told him I was coming. We went there and he wouldn't look at us for 10 minutes and didn't say anything. All the services listed told me is not in warranty. Kept my plate. Temp expired 30th day. Expired plate on car. NO RESPONSE. MORE ELDER ABUSE HISTORY FOR THE BOOKS! How can Paul Lokey continue to abuse customers? I traded a car for another car on 2/18/2020. The finance person stated new the car had a lien on it and kept my liscense and verbally guaranteed it would be registered and sent to me within 30 days. Very misleading! My wife and I went to get a truck, we were promised a certain apr rating and got a higher rate without knowing. We were also sold a previosly wrecked truck with airbag deployment and was told that it wasn't wrecked! This company is very deceptive and **** do anything to make money in my experience with them
BUYER BEWARE: Worst car purchase experience I've ever had. Purchased a Nissan Titan and here I am a month later and my trade in loan has not been paid off. Only thing positive about this experience is that I had an issue with my new truck and they are taking care of it. As for communication there is none. I have called multiple times and no call back.
