This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

I love this place! Everytime someone cones to visit we bring them here! So much fun. Been coming before this was built. I met the "Turtle lady" Eleanor in 1975, she took my kids on a walk to see the turtles lay their eggs on beach. We went every year to see her. Awesome lady and awesome place to keep her work and memory going. I tell everyone to go there!
What a great place, doing an awesome job rehabilitating injured Sea Turtles.
A great place to learn more about the Sea turtles. Very well organized and you are able to se both new born turtles and old ones. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a wonderful visit and I will absolutely visit again.
