This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

Amazing place! We were so impressed with the staff and their commitment to the turtles.
This place is amazing. Your salt water aquarium at the entrance is hypnotic. We never pass by without stopping when we are in the area with our grandchildren. This past weekend we found a baby turtle and placed the little one in your night drop cooler. Our girls really felt a part of your mission after that.
Brought my 6 year old grandson and we both completely enjoyed the tour. He talked about it for days! We both learned a lot about the turtles. We'll be back!
Awesome watching the hatchlings being released!!! everyone so friendly and knowledgeable about
My family loves it and wants to go back. They took pic and things from the shop to show off to ppl back in NC
