This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

Loggerhead marine center was a amazing experience for the family 🐢🐢The turtles will really touch your heart ❤️.
It was a great opportunity to see the turtles being taken care of. The facility is awesome place to visit. Asking just a donation from families makes it affordable for all! We loved it!
It was a great experience. The kids loved reading each turtle's story. It it not huge so you can get through the whole thing in an hour which it just the right amount for a young attention span.
Well organized & well publicized event. A beautiful morning. But I along with several of the folks around me thought that their would be several if not hundreds of baby turtle 🐢 released. There was only one turtle released😧
Love the turtles always bring my family when they come in town
