This center is a non-profit facility and a great for place for education, preservation and monitoring of one of the world's most active sea turtle nesting grounds. The center acts as a school, providing internships, tours and programs. Plus the park's amenities include a guarded beach, nature trails and picnic areas, but the main attractions are the leatherback sea turtles.

Great place to visit! Knowledgeable staff to answer all of your questions about the turtles. ^_^
This is a favorite place to visit whenever I have friends and family visiting me in Jupiter!!
We moved to the area 6 months ago, but just finally made our first visit to LMC. My kids, ages 10, 8, 5 and 1 1/2 all loved it. The indoor educational area really fascinated them and they were very upset by the garbage display from the 2011 clean up. After I pried them away from that and we went to see the turtles, it was complete joy. We read all about each turtle and discussed what humans are doing to cause the issues. We will definitely be frequent visitors!
We adopted Bear back in May, he recently passed away. So sad, but we met Rosie. She might be our newest addition
Granddaughter and I love our turtle adventures 🐢 Eva Monroe, MiMi
