We went there on Wednesday afternoon for a late lunch early dinner. I'm handed a menu of which I notice prime rib, which is why we went there. Time to order we're told the prime rib is weekend only. Why was that menu even given to us? I next ordered the fish dinner but was told I had to wait 9 minutes for three o'clock before the order could be placed. Logan's Roadhouse is now on the top of my no return list!
This place is horrible and will never have our business again! The waiter took our order after some time another person brings the food(which was 2 plates) we had 3 Adults who ordered food, so Our waiter comes to the table and says My Bad I didn’t put the order in(well what’s the point in writing it down? the whole order was wrong and on rop of that it wasnt even hot. luke warm at best . My wifes steak was suppose to be MR and it came out twice MW. They didn't even bring her broccoli out. I ate alone.without my wife. The manager didnt do nothing but gave us 5 bucks off our total. i was like really. there steak and shrimp is awesome
I have had the worst experience I have ever had the food was not good which was served an hour after our party ordered. The Male rest room was very dirty and the toilets were backed up I informed the manager on duty and he stared a plumber was on the way. we had a party of 20 which they did not have enough working tables in good condition to facilitate out group. LOVED our service at Logan's. I think the server's name was Milisa. She was AWESOME. She wrote something sweet on each of our tickets this evening. Totally made my night. People like her create an environment that makes customers want to return. Thanks, girl!!!
