Christmas gift Food and service was great
Great food great service😘
Food was late, cold, wrong, undercooked. Sent it back & it took so long that we had to get it in to-go boxes. Was absolutely not the waiter's fault.... Felt so bad for our waiter tonight. I wish I had gotten his name. Such a sweetheart. @logansroadhouse y'all really need to look into the cooks and management at your Lake Charles, La location. we went and were told it would be 15 mins and that's fine big party but they didn't move any tables just sat us at two separate ones and they messed up four out of five burgers our waiters didn't come back for refills after the first one and never brought napkins. it's not worth the time or money
I ordered Prime Rib it was dry and brown no pink. Potatoe was cold. Shrimp was not all the way cooked. My sons food was ok but he eats anything. My daughter in law food was cold. After waiting a hour to get our food my husband was told as she put the plates on the table I am sorry we are out of baby back ribs. Would you want to order something else. So my husband had nothing to eat. Its was my worst time eating out. The place was almost empty. I will never go back
Not the best looking piece of prime rib...my medium is there well done and the shrimp were pretty blah... the waitress was very friendly and the margarita was good...
