We were just seated at logans and then ignored. Sat there for almost 30 minutes and no one came to get even our drink order. It wasn't busy and other people who were coming in were getting service. Worse service ever. If I could put zero stars, thats what I would put.
After being seated on the patio we waited for someone to come back and offer us drinks, even water... 2 different waitresses came out and helped other tables but didnt even acknowledge us. After 25 minutes we gave up and left. Thanks for the horrible service!
I enjoyed the rib eye, but the side dishes of a loaded baked potato and fried green beans were a huge disappointment. The baked potato in order to be loaded was a $1.49 more, and that's no big deal if there were a few more shreds of cheese and maybe a tad bit more bacon bits! What I did love was the waitress. She was great! I won't be returning anytime soon. I wanted to love it.
Great food and great service! Bread was fresh and hot and steak cooked to perfection. Our waiter was awesome!
Food was great Constomer service was awesome as well.
