40 min for chicken samich not busy
This was my second attempt with this location and last. Not busy at all at 5:30pm was my first clue. I even mentioned to the host that I hoped that wasn't an omen. He wasn't very reassuring. Brian was my waiter. I'm still waiting on my Coke refill. Food was average at best. If that's the best flavor you have for your "signature steak" combined with lackluster service you won't be in business long. The food was ok but the service was terrible. They sat 4 of us in a 2 people seat (there were plenty of seats available) and they asked us if we wanted boxes after 3 bites of our meal. Felt rushed. Will not go back.

Ordered a filet which was fine . Husband ordered the serlion and it was so tough he couldn't chew it! Won't go back

I guess for Ohio it was ok. The best part for me. Was having dinner with a friend I hardly ever see.

Too cold. 66 really Food won't stay warm. And the draught from the air conditioning accelerates this. Pity. Last visit. �

Burnt food, shrimp was over cooked. Lobster was so over cooked it was hard. The sausage was burnt on one side. The sausage came out with burnt side hid. Service was very slow.
Everything we chose was beautifully prepared and the staff were spot on. Thank you for a great visit.
